Open letter to the opposition
To the opposition: This is not a hate site. It is an informational site for parents who care about safeguarding children's purity and dignity as human beings made in God's image, as male and female, destined to marry and continue building His family. The purpose of sex is to bond and bring forth children within the God-ordained institution of male-female marriage. Anything outside of that is harmful -- a fact that is borne out by research showing the serious negative consequences of sexual "freedom". Unfortunately, children are being taught to follow the pursuit of pleasure as long as they do it "safely" and with "consent." In the meantime they are degrading their own worth, as women are now seen as objects of pleasure and the babies growing within them viewed as disposable, their bodies ripped apart and rationed out for scientific research. Pornography is an epidemic, most notably among young people! We need to turn around the message about sex and teach children that they are worth waiting until marriage, when (if their partner has done likewise) there is zero risk of disease or pregnancy out of wedlock, and they will be valued as a person, spouse, and parent, rather than as an object of someone else's pleasure. Millions of babies are sacrificed on this altar of pleasure each year before they even have the chance to breathe their first breath. Children, unborn babies, families, society -- we all deserve better.
This is not an anti-LGBT site. We recognize that LGBT persons are people worthy of respect and love. But that does not make their lifestyles right, as we all answer to a higher law. We do not hate but have compassion for those given over to sin -- it is slavery, and we know sin hurts because we've all sinned! Furthermore, it is not sin just because God decided so; it's sin because it goes against the design of the One who created us, and that leads invariably to harm. Out of love and concern, we have described some of those harms (as shown by real research and data) in the links provided. But while everyone has the right to choose their own path in life, we will draw the line at others teaching our children that right is wrong and wrong is right. Only God can tell us what is right, and He has.
"...but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great
millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea." - Matthew 18:6
For those struggling or feeling unfulfilled in an LGBT lifestyle, please know that you can reach out any time for resources and support. We all have our cross to bear, but the good news is, there is hope, but only through denying ourselves and following God.
Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it." ~ Matthew 16:25
